Crema Ondina

Crema Ondina is almost a colour rather than a material. A warm white, without vein, without visible grain, and with veiling so faint it is only sensed when the light comes in very low. It goes in floors, full-height walls and outdoors. Its value lies in what it does not do: it covers enormous surfaces without showing where one slab ends, which is exactly what is asked of a background.
