Gris Osiris

Gris Osiris is full of shells. The background is an ash grey with a fine, even stippling, and over it appear pale fossils scattered across the whole slab: whole shells, elongated fragments, the occasional perfect circle. It is one of those stones not understood from afar and enjoyed up close — on a floor, one ends up looking down.
