Onyx Agata

Onyx Agata is a stone to be seen against the light. Concentric bands of amber, red, honey and white folding one inside another, like the rings of a cut agate — because that is exactly what it is. Lit from behind, the pale bands light up and the dark ones stay still, and the piece stops being a surface and becomes a lamp.
